I'm always asked what is my favourite cake. Without a moments hesitation I tell them it's Cherry Bakewells of course. "Why ?" they ask. On the outside they look so simple but there's more to them than meets the eye      Mr Kipling

Bite into the pastry cases and each little delight has so much more to offer. With fruity jam beneath a layer of almond sponge, there's so much to appreciate. All topped with a succulent cherry. I'm sure you'll agree they are exceedingly good cakes.
