Forget health spas, yoga, and aromatherapy, I claim that when it comes to having a calm, happy, and healthy life you need nothing more than a pot of Earl Grey. After all, the Chinese have long claimed that Earl Grey, a blend of black tea and natural oil of bergamot, keeps mind, body and spirit in perfect harmony.

I know I'm biased, but I do really think that our Earl Grey is the best you'll find. That's because I take care to use only the very best black teas, and we only only natural oil of bergamot for a citrus flavour which is subtle and fragrant, rather than too perfumed and overpowering.
