What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard via our secure on line payment option

Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your site?

Our site is protected by 128 bit SSL encryption which is the highest level of internet security. We donít store your credit card details for any longer than is necessary to fulfill your order, so you can be rest assured that your online payment to us is safe.

Can I phone or fax you with my order?

Yes you can, Our phone and fax numbers can be found on both the left hand side of this page, the home page and the Contact Us page.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We use Australia Post registered parcel to deliver your order. Postage is charged by calculating the actual weight of your order and applying a small charge to cover the cost of the carton and packaging. This is displayed at the checkout stage of your order.
If you prefer to use Express Post then please email us at sales@bestofbritish.com.au and we will advise you of the additional charge.
Because Australia Post charge either by actual weight or cubic weight, occasionally the price for delivery quoted at the checkout may be less than required. Crisps for example, take up a lot of space but weigh very little. This also applies to large, bulky but light products.
If the cubic ruling should apply, which results in the charge for delivery being higher, then Best of British will contact you to inform you of the additional charge, prior to dispatching your order.

How long will I have to wait for my order to be delivered?

All Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. If for some reason we are out of stock of a particular product we will contact you beforehand to offer an alternative if you wish to do so. All orders are despatched by Australia Post registered parcel post and take between 1-3 business days for WA and 4-5 business days for the rest of Australia.

What if my order arrives and some products are damaged?

Whilst every care is taken to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, Best of British cannot be held responsible for any product damaged in transit. Rest assured we take the utmost care in processing your order.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

Inevitably from time to time we do run out of certain lines. This is usually because of the time taken to ship from the UK. However, we have containers arriving on average every 2 weeks and will contact you by either email or phone to advise when new stock arrives.

I have special dietary requirements. Can you advise me on the ingredients of certain products?

Whilst Best of British cannot accept responsibility for any allergic reaction to the products that we sell, we will endeavour to provide you with full ingredient and nutritional information if requested. It would be advisable for you to contact us either via email, or direct at our shop in Perth.
