Terms & Conditions: Competitions – Pink Giveaway

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Promoter is Best of British (ABN 19630267720) of 3 / 80 Winton Road, Joondalup, WA 6027.
2. Employees of the Promoter or their immediate family members shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. To enter the competition an entrant must follow both @best_of_british_oz and @eighteen_on_the_coast on Instagram.
4. Competition commences at 3pm (AWST) Day,14th September 2020 and closing date for entry will be 10am (AWST) Day, 1st October 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. Prize is as depicted. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
7. Winner will be drawn at random at 10:00am on 1^st October 2020.
8. The winner will be notified by phone call or email or facebook or Instagram message within 28 days of the closing date and announced on Instagram/Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in on our website, e-newsletter and/or social media. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
